Pastor Makumbi dragged to court for failure to pay loan worth 190 Million

A money lending company Patoz Capital Solution, has dragged man of God Pastor Makumbi of International Gospel Healing Centre to High Court Commercial Division, for failure to pay their loan worth Ugx. 190m.



In the suit, the company states that Pastor Makumbi approached them on February 23, 2018, seeking to borrow the money and promising to pay back in a month.
The Pastor reportedly provided a land title and a car log book all registered in his names as security. The company says, the pastor has since failed pay loan amount with its accrued interest the money despite numerous reminders.



According to the loan’s agreement between Patoz Capital Solution and Pastor Makumbi, he was to pay the amount of the loan together with accrued and unpaid interest and all other charges, costs and expenses on or before March 23, 2018.
