Kenya Supreme Court has nullified presidential election citing massive irregularities in the electoral process, fresh vote,
In its judgement, the Supreme Court said there were massive irregularities in the electoral process ordering a fresh vote to be held within 60 days.



Kenya’s Chief Justice David Maraga read the majority opinion but two judges in the panel of six disagreed.
Kenya’s Supreme Court said there were problems with the Kenyan election but there was no evidence of misconduct on the part of incumbent President Uhuru Kenyatta, who was announced as the winner of last month’s vote.
