MP Kakooza rushed to hospital in critical condition after motor accident

James Kakooza, the Member of Parliament for Kabula County, and one of the prominent promoters of the removal of presidential age limit from the constitution was in Sunday involved in an accident along Masaka Mbarara road.



Mr Kakooza, who was driving a Golf car Reg No. UBB 826F survived with his body guard at Nyakahita-Rwebiteete, Kiruhura District along Mbarara highway road after they rammed into a boda boda carrying two passengers.

In the process, Pastor Enos Kisakye of Lwebiteete Church of God who was on a bodaboda died instantly and other two: David Byamugisha and John Ngumikiriza were severely injured and currently admitted at Lyantonde hospital.
The MP and his escort were rushed to Mbarara hospital in a critical condition.
