The DFCU bank has launched a revamped Omni-channel e-banking platform.The platform, which will enable customers track and manage their account activities was launched on Wednesday morning at their Head offices at Kyadondo Road, Nakasero.
Speaking at the launch, Chief Of Business & Executive Director DFCU Bank, William Ssekabembe noted that the bank is committed to improve on their technology advancements so as the customer’s experience is also improved.
“Our commitment is to continue investing more in technology so as our customers get the required convenience. We still have a lot in store and very soon we shall be launching our agent banking,” Ssekabembe added.
Head of Consumer Banking, Denis Kibukamusoke revealed that quick-Banking is Omni-channel, implying that the platform will provide multiple ways for customers to transact through USSD for feature phone users, online and App for Smartphone users.
Quick-Banking will enable customers track and manage their account activity such as; carrying out multiple transactions and staying in total control of their bank accounts wherever, whenever across a range of devices including mobile phones, tablets and computers without visiting the bank.
