Dr Kizza Besigye has offered to pay part of the school fees of disadvantaged girl Deogloria Virtue Ejang 14, who emerged best in the 2018 Primary Leaving Examinations in Northern Uganda scoring aggregate four.
However, she failed to join secondary school over lack of fees. Deogloria is a daughter of Bosco Ogwang, of Otuke district. Mr. Ogwang, teaches in community in Otuke district and earns 100,000 per month
“I talked to Bosco and he said that Deogloria was admitted to Mt St Mary’s Namagunga, which she had selected. I sent them transport to come and get the admission papers. They should be here on Friday,” Besigye told the Daily Monitor
Dr Besigye in Facebook post called on good Ugandans to help this bright young girl to attain her education dream.
